Booking Your Condo … A How To:

With OwnerLink you may view your condos calendar, reserve time for yourself and guests, review statements and completed work orders, and view past and future rentals.

Once you have clicked on “Access OwnerLink” above you may enter your unit code i.e. RH303 and the password (case sensitive) that you have been assigned. (If you forgot your password, please contact us at 1-866-290-5793.

To view the unit calendar: Click on “Calendars” button to the left. Click “View Calendar” and a color coded calendar showing booking types will appear.

To book your condo: Click “Reserve” button to the left. Click “Proceed” and enter the date of arrival and length of stay (according to dates showing available on calendars), then click “Check Availability”. Fill out reservation form completely. Beach Towel requests are made easy by choosing ‘yes’ or ‘no’. Please add any special comments and requests in the note field, including a guest cell phone (if available), in case of an emergency. If this is an owner stay, please choose “Owner Reservation”. If this is a guest stay, please choose “Guest of Owner Reservation”. Double check your date of arrival and departure and “Click to Reserve” your condo. Once completed you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the reservation.

To view statements, click “Statements” button to the left. Click “View Statement” to see past and present Chase ‘N Rainbows statements. At this time Trinity Maid Company statements are not available on-line. Statements are posted by the 5th of each month.

To view rentals, click “Rentals” button to the left. Click “View Rentals” to see a detailed breakdown of past, present and future bookings in your condo, including rental statistics.

To view completed work orders, click “Work Orders” button to the left. Click “View Work Orders”. Select a date range for completed work orders and then click “Update Results”.

You may also “Contact Us” or change your “Password” by clicking the appropriate buttons to the left. If your e-mail has changed click “Password” and change your e-mail address in the field at the bottom of that page and click “Update E-mail”.
