This 12th floor, top-of-world, beachfront penthouse boosts captivating oceanfront views and easy beach access. In classic Hawaiian style, this beautifully remodeled condo features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Watch breaching whales, a multitude of sea turtles and once-in-a-lifetime sunsets from the large wrap-around lanai, accessible from the living room, dining room and the master bedroom. This unique indoor-outdoor experience only adds to the stunning views and relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere.

The master suite features a king-sized bed and ocean views, and the recently remodeled master bathroom contains a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. The recently remodeled guest bath features a large walk-in, tiled shower. There is a half bathroom in the entry hallway. In addition to the HD TV in the living room, equipped for your streaming needs, there are also HD TVs in the bedrooms. Surf the web with the Wi-Fi signal provided.

This unit sleeps six guests in a king, two twin beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. A variety of beach toys and boogie boards are provided.

The Royal Kahana is an oceanfront resort and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, China Boat, Dollie's Pub and Cafe, and the Beach House Kahana. The resort offers free parking for the first vehicle and a nominal fee for a second vehicle if a second spot is needed. Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and local calls.

A very nice stay!

The room was great. Great location too. We've stayed at different units at the Royal Kahana in previous vacations. This unit is at the top of our 'Like' list.

Only minor issues came up, not even worth mentioning except that when we informed Chase'n Rainbows of the issues, we had a response with in hours if not sooner. That was greatly appreciated!!!

We hope to return soon!

Amazing views

From the beginning booking the rental was super easy. Great true to life photos of the unit. Great communication from the owners. Easy check in and unit was gorgeous. Lots of space and we’ll maintained. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Only small issue was the AC never got cooler than 74 degrees even when it was set lower.

Great location and comfortable space

We loved the large patio and ample hang out space indoors and out. I was concerned the furniture didn't look comfortable, but it was. Could use some lounge-y chairs (Adirondack type) outside.
The kitchen is a bit small, but we established an "in" one-way and an "out" one-way system and that worked well.
We loved being able to walk to the Whaler's Market for food/beverages and it was walkable to several restaurants and bars. We liked too that the area had a neighborhood feel and was not nearly as busy and tourist-y as most resort areas.

Amazing View & Vacation Company, Best Unit in Kahana

The view is amazing! Watching the whales and the sunset was part of each day there. Views are priceless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and functional. We had a small issue the first full day but Chase N Rainbows had it fixed by the end of the day, thank you Jason. Strong wi-fi and big TVs (smart TV in LR) but who has time to watch anything when you are in MAUI? Easy walking to a the Maui Brewery and some other restaurants and stores. We will be back to unit or at least this neighborhood. Thanks again.

Whales, Sunsets and Rainbows

We loved this rental and will be back. Early mornings with coffee on the Lani was breath taking. Whale season and you had the front row seat to watch those beautiful creators. The penthouse had everything that we needed. Walking 5 minutes down the street to the public beach or you can drive. Maui Brewing Company is across the street, great hamburgers! The Aloha state of mind this Penthouse has. We would have asked for one thing; a heads up on the air conditioner being out due from the big storm. Maui trade winds helped but mid afternoon it got hot in the penthouse. Need another stand up fan. Master bedroom small fan was broken. Sunsets made it nice on the Lani made all your troubles go

Highly recommended

This was a fantastic condo. It more than served our purposes for our group of 6. The balcony is truly stunning and provides a great opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening while whale watching and enjoying the gorgeous view of Lanai and Molokai. Kahana is very centrally located with easy access to beaches both north and south of the condo itself. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in your condo. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Suggestion of a couple of minor items: it would be convenient to have 2 hair dryers instead of only one for the entire condo; also ironing board had no padding so ironing garments had lines of metal ironing board. However overall condo was clean and very comfortable. We would happily stay there again. Thank you.

Breath taking view!

This condo was clean, very spacious and well located. If I could change one thing to make the stay absolutely perfect is that it would have some lounge/beach chairs and maybe one or two water boards. It was kind of a pain to have to go rent chairs and a couple boards and then rush to return them before we left for the airport. Other than that, it was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Stunning View!

This condo is well worth the price! The views are amazing and the place was roomy enough for 5 people, although we only had 3 in our party. We absolutely loved seeing the turtles everyday from our balcony! The location is great if you want to stay on the West Side. Although there is not beach access right in front of the hotel, everything was close enough. We are looking forward to coming back here for another stay! The only thing that would make it a better stay is a Keurig Coffee Maker in the kitchen! Aloha!

Incredible views!

This condo has incredible views! We watched whales right from the balcony every day. It's also very spacious. We had lots of room to play cards or eat dinner or just sit and enjoy the view. The location was perfect - not too far from Lahaina or Napili. We enjoyed restaurants in both places. There was also beach access and a restaurant right next door, which we frequented. The underground parking was a plus as we never had to get into a hot car.Thanks Chase N Rainbows! This place was exactly as the pictures depicted. The views were incredible and I loved listening to the ocean. It was a great place to spend our spring break vacation!

5 Stars Wonderful Property !!!

I cannot begin to say enough about this property. It is a wonderful condo to enjoy your stay in Maui. The views (12 floors up) from the lanai are absolutely gorgeous. The condo is well furbished with everything you need to start your stay. Other than food, there was literally nothing else we had to get. The condo was clean and well kept up. Check in and check out were flawless. There was very little noise heard from others around making it for a very peaceful vacation. The beach and pool were great. Every morning we would see turtles and colorful fish in the water. I highly recommend this property for an awesome vacation. Stay dates 8/14-8/21/18
