Royal Kahana

With its unique floor plan you can enjoy watching the spectacular Maui sunsets from the comfort of your bedroom as well as from your own private lanai. These West Maui condo rentals convey a true Hawaiian resort feel from the moment you step into the expansive oceanfront lobby, to the alluring tiki torch gardens. Swim in the warm waters, watch the whales frolic offshore during winter, BBQ and entertain at the poolside cabana, & work out at the "guests only" fitness center, or walk to the Kahana Gateway Center to experience wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. Royal Kahana charges a modest parking fee for all overnight guests of Royal Kahana. The fee will be fifteen dollars ($15.00 USD) per night plus applicable tax for the first one months’ stay, followed by seven-dollars ($7.00 USD) per night plus applicable tax, thereafter.

Guests will need to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am until 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit.  Guests arriving after 8:00 pm, will register their vehicle at the night-watch desk.  Information collected on the vehicle registration form will include guests name, unit number, arrival date and time, and departure date.  Guests will be directed to visit the front desk the following morning to pay for parking and receive a permit.  Vehicles without a permit after 48 hours will be subject to being towed.

Disclaimer: During our winter months, depending on the weather and high tides, you may notice that we sometimes have less beach. Due to an unsafe sea wall conditions beach access on the property may be closed from time to time and we strongly recommend you use the alternative beach access within walking distance (for most), thru the public bath between Sands of Kahana and Kahana Beach Resort.
