From Ukumehame to Honokohau, West Maui's community members display kinship and generosity towards eachother and visitors. Community events are open to all, and range from birthday celebrations and tree lighting ceremonies for famous Banyan trees to 4th of July parties and whale watching festivals. You will feel at home among the Maui locals when you partake in community events with them.
