D.T. Fleming Beach Park

Another all-time favorite, this is especially popular with the body and board surfing crowd. Palm trees offer ample shade when the temperature soars. Expect bigger waves during the winter months. Amenities include picnic tables, grills, showers, restrooms, and lifeguards.  Located just North of Kapalua, about 9 miles from Lahaina, this beach location is the last county maintained beach park along highway 30 before you head further out to Honolua Bay.  Pack the kids in the car and bring the cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards for a whole day of fun.  Walk the beach at sunset, shoot family photos with Dragon's Teeth as the backdrop and take some great memories home in the process.
