Paki Maui #409 on the 4th floor: Upon entry, you’ll notice the open layout that leads you to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The tile floor acts like a paved path to guide you to the private lanai that offers views of the Hawaiian sky and stunning Pacific blues from your fourth-story condo. The charming tropical décor compliment the entire unit, while two ceiling fans circulate the tropical breeze.

The living room features stylish, modern furniture, including a cozy sofa for three (that doubles as a pull-out queen-sized sofa-bed), a plush chair, and a coffee table. For formal meals, there’s a dining table that comfortably seats two people. A flat-screen television allows guests to enjoy a movie night.

Walk through the sliding door onto your spacious private balcony, furnished with four lanai chairs and a table. Here everyone can enjoy the tropical breeze and a cup of coffee.

For home-cooked meals, the kitchen has everything guests could need. Kitchen appliances include an electric stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and toaster. There’s also a coffee maker with complimentary local Hawaiian coffee.

The spirit-of-the-island flows into the tropical-themed bedroom as a large king-sized bed awaits you with top-quality linen and pillows to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. There is plenty of space to unpack in the dresser and the closet. The bathroom vanity has a counter space for toiletries, and the bathroom has a shower and a full tub.

1. Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: One of the most well-known beaches in West Maui! Typically features calm conditions, excellent swimming and snorkeling, and a walking trail off beach.
2. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): Generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills and large grassy area.
3. Honokowai Beach Park: Great for snorkeling due to shallow and a reef protected beach. This beach has a playground area for kids with plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills.

Top Notch Condo with fantastic view

I've rented at Paki Maui for many years. Paki Maui is centrally located. Grocery store within walking distance. Plenty of beaches around. Food truck area just down the road. If you have a special needs diet, great food store within one block. Also "Bad *** Coffee" is close by. The condo is just right for 2 people. All the furniture looked new. The unit is not really spacious, but it is just right. We spent most of our time on the lanai. The best feature is the panoramic view of the ocean and of the two side islands of Maui, Lanai and Molokai. Chase'N Rainbows is the best for a rental agency. Don't go anywhere else. A previous rental complained of ants. Everywhere you stay in Hawaii, there are problems with little tiny ants. BUT if you keep all the food crumbs picked up, the ants disappear. We had no problems with insects. That's the beauty of Hawaii. You can leave the sliders open and no bugs fly in. Paki Maui does have a pool and hot tub, but we did not use them on this stay (sun allergy problems).

Unit 409 Maui Penthouse was AMAZING!!!!

This Unit 409 has beautiful new updated furniture & appliances, along with a KING SIZE BED which was sooo comfortable. WOW, oceanfront from the lanai was breathtaking & we could see the islands of Molokai & Lanai.From our bedroom window we could view the beautiful mountains in the morning. We will definitely be back to stay in this awesome unit. Jason and his team was fabulous.

Great location, excellent accommodations, friendly staff and contactless check in/check out. The stay was overall a wonderful experience. If I could change one thing it would be to offer air conditioning.
