The Real Estate Referral program provides a one-time incentive bonus of $1,500 to you for each individual rental contracted into our Castle rental program. The benefit is once you have signed up for the referral program, you are considered active to refer any and all future owners from real estate sales to the Castle Rental Program. In addition, Castle will refer any and all future sales of the unit to the Realtor® who originally referred the bonuses.
