Two-story large vacation condo on the 3rd floor and within walking distance to Whaler's Village and Kaanapali Beach and features one of the best ocean views at The Kaanapali Royal.
Downstairs there is a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa downstairs, upstairs in the master suite there is a king bed. The maximum occupancy for guests is 6. The master bath has a walk-in shower. The Kaanapali Royal features a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and gas BBQs. Owners offer Free Wi-Fi and free local and long-distance calls to US Mainland and Canada.
Effective September 01, 2022, Ka’anapali Royal’s Resort and Guest Parking Fee, the resort will change to a flat rate of $154 per stay, payable at the resort, whether or not guests are parking a vehicle. The second vehicles (pending approval from the property) are an additional $154.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as expected and very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 toddler. We loved the warm pool (especially for an after sunset dip!) Would stay here again.

Huge space and great location

We enjoyed our time very much. The space was ideal for us and our adult son. Overall, the place would benefit greatly from an update. Cleanliness could be improved, as well. The pool and grilling areas were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the lanai with golf course/ocean views. We really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. A little more friendly greeting and aloha from the check-in desk would have been nice.

The condo has a great location and we've stayed in one of the units for at least six visits. The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. This time we found the pool water to be slightly cloudy which was a disappointment.

There were 5 of us total. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms had good black-out curtains. The location is wonderful, since it ́s only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a shopping center with restaurants and all sorts of stores. The kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is really nice also.
Everything was as described, in good condition and clean.
It was also great to have available gear for the beach.

Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! It was so spacious, with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. Lots of room in the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The unit was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed the view of the golf course from the lanai. The location was also so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. What a great place!!

Very Spacious Condo with an Amazing View

It is very difficult to pick the right Condo on an island I have never visited. There are so many location options and Condo's to choose from. However, I did GREAT !! The Condo area is full of shopping and restaurants all walking distance from the resort. You overlook an immaculate Golf Course, with the Blue Ocean and other islands in the back ground. we sat on this huge patio and had coffee in the morning and drinks at night.
The two rooms were very spacious and on separate floors that gave us our privacy. There was plenty of seating in the living room, and around the table.
The only negatives I have would not prevent me from staying here again but would be nice if they could fix them.
1. The parking spots are extremely tight, rent a small car.
2. The front door was hard to work, unusual lock system.
3. shower upstairs floor seemed dirty, but that's just cleaning crew issue.
4. Glass stove top was stained and needs to be cleaned better.
but that isn't bad. we had Cold AC, All appliances worked, Comfortable beds, Great View, Great area. Large frig/Freezer. Discount on Golf, easy access to Beaches, Luau right across the street at the Sheraton. Ziplining up the road off Office Street Next to the Ritz. Just a 5 minute drive to Lahaina. Great Location I highly suggest this rental. I rented through Ron, who took really good care of us.

Location has access to beach walk, beaches and restaurants. It’s a great place to start your tour of the island. We did all the touristy to do’s- and found that starting from Kaanapali worked great. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Our thermostat batteries went dead and owner was there within minutes of our reporting it. Balcony is a great place to watch the sunset. At the time of our visit, there were beach chairs and snorkeling gear and a small beach cooler. Would definitely return.

The master bedroom and the master shower are huge!!! The view was breathtaking and enjoyed it from the balcony. We had several dinners out there because there is a full kitchen inside. It is very modern with new tile and new carpet. Cant say enough about this condo and our stay there. I definitely give it 5 stars and am going to rent it again. The price was very reasonable. A great condo and a great place!!!!Walking distance to the beach, located just above Whalers village, which is an outdoor shopping mall and right on the golf course. Great condo, great location!!! Cant wait to go back there!!!!!!

Unit in 302: Can't wait to go back

This is the second time my family and I stayed at unit n 302 at Kaanapali Royal and it did not disappoint. Some of the advantages of staying in this area are tremendous. Shopping, golfing, dining and spending time at the beach within walking distance. The condo has a huge master bedroom and all the amenities including a balcony with an unforgettable view. I will definitely come back to this condo next time I come to Maui.

Unit N302: Would definitely stay there again

Hi I stayed at the Kaanapali Royal in the early part of August, 2019. Our condo was N302. It was very spacious with an open floor plan. The view was incredible. Its on the second story and you can see the golfers playing below. Just beyond that is an outdoor shopping center. Then in front of that are restaurants located on the beach. This is but a few minutes walk from this condo. The condo was furnished nicely and was very clean. Stored with all the necessities you could want. There is free wi-fi and a tv mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. The best part is that the master bedroom is upstairs all by itself. The other bedroom is downstairs. So there is plenty of privacy. Theres a washer and dryer in the unit and also anything you could want for the beach in the closet like umbrellas and boogie boards. There is a large table on the balcony and in the evenings we would watch the sun set. The condo was fantastic along with the price, the view, and the proximity to the beach. I give it a 5 star review. Would definitely stay there again. You wont be disappointed. Made for a fantastic vacation!!!
