Kahana Reef 404 is all about direct ocean front views. Located between the luxury resorts areas of Kaanapali and Kapalua. This newly remodeld and redecorated condo is positioned in the premier location. New 55" HDTV in living room and new 50" TV in bedroom. Tastefully furnished, this unit makes for a wonderful short term vacation rental. The kitchen includes top of the line GE Profile appliances, granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. Bathroom includes vessel onyx sink and walk-in marble shower with multi-shower heads. It also includes Toto Washlet with heated water bidet. Crystal chandeliers in dining area and bathroom. Blue LED lights under cabinets illuminates the marble flooring in the kitchen and bathroom creating an innovative mood lighting. An in-room safe is provided. The living room has a Samsung 55 inch LED TV with BOSE music system and Blu-ray. Additional TV in bedroom.
Nearby Beaches to Kahana Reef:
1. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area.
2. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills.
3. Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, with sandy and rocky shorelines, and picnic tables.

Great Vacation

We have stayed at a few different units at Kahana Reef and at Kahana Outrigger and this was by far the nicest unit we have had. Just 2 very small things the seal on the shower door is gone so be prepared to mop up the floor and the Kuerig machine needs descaling so it did not work. Would definitely go back to this unit.

We stay at Kahana Reef almost every January. This condo has been recently updated and is wonderful. The view is incredible as you can watch whales off shore all day long.

Great location for whale viewing

The property was a bit older but well taken care of. Our unit was recently updated and clean but there were ants in the kitchen every morning. They were small and there was no food for them to get into so it wasn’t much of a problem for us. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and the fact that there were elevators since we were on the top floor. If we go back to Maui during humpback season I think we would stay there again because we could watch them from our patio all day long. (We did bring our binoculars so we could see them better)

Loved the view and the location was great

The view was spectacular. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves and while we drank our morning coffee while watching whales breech and watching rainbows form. It was a great location and very clean.

Gorgeous space and great location on the water. We loved lounging on the lanai and watching whales and dolphins! The space was so relaxing and comfortable. You provided excellent customer service and were quick to respond to any questions we had. I hope we get the chance to return to this piece of paradise sometime! The condo is beautiful and we loved the location.

Fantastic condo with great amenities and very stylishly appointed. Great location in West Maui close to Lahaina downtown and local shops. If you want to avoid the crowds at the resorts and treat yourself to a truly relaxing stay this is the place for you

As advertised and a great property in West Maui. Panoramic views of the ocean and Molokai with many whale sightings. Very well equipped with high end finishes, appliances, and kitchen gadgets one wouldnt necessarily expect in a rental. Convenient to Kapalua, Kanapali, and Lahaina.

A delightful, magical escape in MauI

A great view of the ocean from the balcony, along with all the amenities you could ask for. Tons of cooking supplies, including utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, rice cooker, etc. Mindy and her staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You simply cant say enough about such wonderful accommodations. A small warning to those who use the ceiling fans to cool off the condo especially in the bedroom. The fan in the bedroom can be set to spin very fast and could pose a hazard if you sit up in bed and stretch your arms high above your head. Nothing to worry about if youre careful. Thank you so much for having us

This is a beautiful, oceanfront condo with AMAZINGLY AWESOME views-to die for!! The kitchen is so nice, all the appliances and things for dining are right there. Great sound system, all the comforts of home.We really enjoyed our stay in 404. The owners booklet was a very nice touch! Chase 'N Rainbows was great to communicate with-super easy check in and check out. Our only reason we probably wouldnt stay again is because we prefer a resort type pool when on vacation. The pool was shaded by the building most of the day, lounge chairs not great. BUT, totally adequate! I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here! It truly felt like HOME!! The kitchen was great, shower was delightful with two heads! Cant thank everyone enough

Great view and close enough to hear the ocean all the time. Be aware there is no A/C, depending on the weather, tho, it might be ok. Centrally located on the kahana coast. Very well maintained and decorated

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in unit 404 at Kahana Reef. This was a beautiful condo, with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this unit, as the owners went to great lengths to make this comfortable, and we felt like we were staying in a 5 star condo! Chase n Rainbows staff was very helpful, and helped us to locate rental cars, Trilogy whale watching/snorkeling, and many other activities. They were available when we called to find directions on the island. We would most definitely want to return to this same unit and location, as it was a very beautiful, relaxing time.
