This condo had everything we needed. It is always like coming home and so nice to see many of the same staff. Very layed back and relaxing.

This is our second stay at MKV. We like this older resort for its location and mellow vibe. You can't beat the beach access and the cove here created by the proximity to Black Rock. Great to have access to the Beach Walk as well or simply walk on the actual beach! Since this resort is older, not as crowded as the more modern tower condo buildings. Also, very quiet, which we like. Due to the highway traffic, location within the resort is important. C152 is in a great spot so you don't hear the traffic noise. We would totally stay in this one again. I'm giving the condo a 4 for condition and cleanliness only because it is by no means a fancy condo, but rather comfy. The furniture is a bit tired and not my taste. Also, the comforter smelled like other people and the blanket in the closet had someone else's hair all over it. Small things, but both could have used a washing.
