Visit our lovely 2nd floor vacation condo with wonderful ocean views in North Kaanapali. This condo features both bedrooms all on one floor. This completely remodeled unit has all brand new stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, floor to ceiling lanai doors, a new air conditioning system and new mattresses for the queen beds and twin bed. Upgrades as of May 2021 include a new Italian sofa bed, a new 65 inch TV in the living room and a new microwave over the stove to replace the counter top model. The guest bathroom features a stall shower, no tub. Condo features a full size washer and dryer. Resort features 2 pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts, putting greens and plenty of gas BBQ's in the pool area to grill up the fresh catch of the day.

*Resort will collect a $17 per day Facilities Use Fee + tax which will be payable to the front desk upon check-out. Facility Fee includes Usage of: Pools, Cabana's, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts plus Putting Greens Including Equipment Rental. 10 day/$170 maximum per calendar month

1. Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: generally calm conditions, excellent swimming, and snorkeling walking trail off the beach
2. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area
3. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills

Maui Dec 2022 Birthday Trip

This was our first time using a Vacation Rental property and I would do it again if they're all like this. Location was fantastic, even closer to the pool and ocean than the pictures look. Facilities were clean and quiet even when the pool was fairly full.

Our annual getaway

The rental was very clean and comfortable with enough space and appliances that made us feel at home. The grounds at Papakae are top notch and we just love it here. There is a problem with the washer and there is a note on it stating this. The highlight of our trip was when we finally got it to work. Other than that, the condo was 4.5 stars!

Well equipped, good location, nice facility and view...happy time

Our experience was a very good one. The reservation and overall process was professional and predictable. The apartment we had, K203, was well equipped, including snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and most of the things you want for ocean and beach going. The kitchen had most of the basic items and more that you might end up buying and tossing befor you leave. Simple things like salt and pepper, various spices, sauces, spreads, etc. were left for tenants to use. I liked the fact that the owners had left those things of use by visitors, it just made things easier and more complete. The pool was great, as was the hot tub and beach access. We preferred to drive to other beaches (Fleming and Slaughterhouse) with fewer rocks, easily reachable within a 10 minute drive. Magnificent snorkeling just down the road at Snorkel Honolua . Easy drive to Lahaina shops and restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the magnificent food at the Fish Market just across the street...a must eat place if you like local fresh fish. We didn’t want to leave...which sums up how we felt about our experience.

Loved our stay in K-203!

Our experience at the Papakea K-203 was fantastic! We arrived late at night and even in the dark the property was lovely. The unit was super clean and so comfortable for our family of 5. All the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer were fantastic, the lenai was so relaxing and the view of the ocean was just perfect! We loved that it’s NOT on the beach. It was actually so nice to enjoy the ocean on the clean grass after a Long Beach day. The birds are amazing all over the property. We LOVED our time there and would highly recommend it.

Papakea Condos are Magnificent!

We enjoyed our stay at this great condo complex. This is our 4th time visiting this property. The owners of this condo unit have made it really nice. We recommend this unit to others that may visit Papakea Condos. We like to try other condo units at each visit. If you haven't stayed at these Papakea condo units, your really missing out.
