Royal Sea Cliff unit #101 is located on the ground level. This studio sleeps two guests in a king bed: Upon arrival at the front door, guests will be greeted with an abundance of colorful tropical plants. This studio features gorgeous tropical chic décor and sleek finishes. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for garden views and natural sunlight, while air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep you at your preferred temperature during your stay.
Textured carpeting in the living space allows guests to lounge in style on a large plush sofa or a cushioned armchair.
Enjoy a slow start to the day, in an adjustable king-sized bed watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen cable TV. In this studio, every meal will be inspired by the modern chef’s kitchen, where you’ll have all the tools and necessities to prepare a gourmet meal. Stately mahogany veneer cabinets and solid countertops provide a generous amount of counter space to prepare meals. The kitchen has name-brand stainless-steel appliances including an LG refrigerator, Haier dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, a Black & Decker toaster/oven, a Whirlpool microwave, and a five-burner stove/oven. The wooden peninsula has two bar stools for casual dining.
For outdoor drinks and dining, the tiled lanai has a table and three chairs, or guests can enjoy the couch surrounded by tropical plants. Here guests can plan the day with a morning coffee or wind down with sunset beverages.
Guests will enjoy the bright white bathroom with a spa-like square rain shower head and plenty of counter space for toiletries. Complimentary artisanal toiletries and towels are provided too. Adjacent to the bathroom is the closet, with plenty of space to unpack and hang clothes. Guests will be able to easily clean clothes in the stackable washer/dryer.
At the Royal Sea Cliff, guests will enjoy two swimming pools, a tennis court, and BBQ areas.
The rental rates are based on double occupancy, with the unit accommodating a maximum of 2 guests. Strict policies prohibit gatherings and parties, allowing only those listed on the reservation to enter the unit. Violation of occupancy limits or hosting "Unauthorized Parties" results in charges, including a $500 fee and potential removal with non-refundable reservation days. The property is not suitable for young children, and violating this term incurs a $500 fee and potential removal with non-refundable reservation days. Pets are not allowed, and violations result in a $2,500 "Unauthorized Pet" charge, immediate removal, and non-refundable reservation days. Adherence to these guidelines is crucial for a comfortable and compliant stay.

Happy to recommend the unit to others.
by David MorrisonWell stocked kitchen, clean, lots of beach towels, washer/dryer was good, quiet unit at the end, parking was mostly good, good location. Would have liked a few more dishwasher pods and the upstairs unit was a bit noisy early in the morning (dragging chairs). Good base to explore the island. Neutral on service team as we never had to interact with anyone. We left 2 boogie boards for others to use. It would have been nice to have a few beach chairs to use as well. Happy to recommend the unit to others.
