For formal meals, there is seating for four guests indoors at the dining room table.
You will find yourself inspired by fresh local fare while on Hawaii Island. The open kitchen will provide the space and tools to prepare your local finds to enjoy at home. Located only a few miles drive from the heart of historic Kailua-Kona town, this property provides guests with a spacious and quiet retreat. Guests can spend the day poolside, BBQing, or exploring Kailua-Kona which has restaurants, nightlife, and historical sites. This location is also home to extreme activities like the Ironman World Championship and nationally recognized sport fishing tournaments.
The rental rates are based on double occupancy, aiming to keep costs lower for solo or duo travelers. The unit can accommodate two extra guests, subject to a $50 charge per person per day. Strict policies prohibit parties or gatherings, allowing only individuals listed on the reservation to access the unit. Failure to comply with occupancy limits constitutes an "Unauthorized Party" and incurs a fee of $500, along with the additional per day/guest charge. The property is not suitable for families with young children, and any violation results in a $500 fee and potential removal, with non-refundable reservation days. Pets are not allowed, and breaching this rule incurs a $2,500 "Unauthorized Pet" charge, leading to immediate removal and non-refundable reservation days. Adherence to these terms is crucial for a comfortable and compliant stay.
